Family Yoga
Spend some quality time with your kiddos doing something you both love! Ages 4 and up are welcomed. This 1 hour class will have a mix of stretching, strength building and mindfulness! No experience necessary.

Wine-Down Yoga
Join Laura for this special 60-minute session designed to de-stress from the week and boost your energy for the upcoming weekend. Class will end with essential oils and a slight adjustment that you are sure to love. Afterwards enjoy a glass of wine with your fellow yogis.
